FO Friday 01.03.19

White rabbits!

It wasn’t on my list of things to make, but I was having so much fun with the super chunky yarn that I ended up making a quick neck warmer with some scraps.

I suppose it could also be an ear warmer if you were that way inclined.

This is how tight I prefer things that are meant to keep my neck warm. Most cowl patterns are too loose for my liking, with big gaps that let the cold air straight to my skin. Which kinda defies the point if you ask me. So I made this the perfect amount of stretchy to get over my head while still being snug against my neck when it’s on.

Added bonus: it took less than an hour to make.

There’s still quite a bit of blue and some green and purple scraps left so I might have to make myself a matching hat.

Now, back to the baby blanket!
